It's actually Fully Undetectable, to introduce you more, Fully Undetectable is a mode wherein, you are anonymous, for example, I want to hack every single thing and I need to become anonymous so that they can't see me or know me as the hacker, this method can be used in many ways.
This FUD Method makes your IP Anonymous, it lets IP detectors read your IP as Random, in each refresh/pageview of yours in your browser gives you another IP Address, and Mind you, I am from the Philippines and they read my IP as German, even a Web Browser Game that I hacked, when they traced me, they said I'm German, and they chatted on my "Alias" on Facebook, they really had a hard time tracing me for nothing.
